Pie Dough

1 ¼ cup crushed graham crackers

¼ cup Splenda low-calorie or sugar

1/3 cup margarine or butter melted low-fat


2 sticks of low-fat cream cheese 6 ounces

2/3 cup granulated sugar or Splenda low calorie

1 cup berries (blackberries) frozen whole

1/3 cup low-fat sour cream

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons vanilla extract


½ cup low-sugar caramel


Melt the butter in the microwave for 40 seconds. Then place the crushed crackers and low-calorie sugar in a bowl, and mix in melted butter to form dough.

Put the dough in a 9-inch pie pan and bake for 5 minutes at 350 ° F.

Place the cream cheese in a blender, and beat for 3 or 4 minutes. Add the low-cal sugar, vanilla extract and eggs, and beat for another 3 minutes. Incorporate the sour cream and continue beating. Finally, add the berries and pour the mixture over the dough in the pie pan.

Then bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 ° F.

Allow time to cool and put in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
