You use your phone for everything from watching “TV” to reading the news. So it makes sense that your favorite communication tool would also help you keep that spark alive in your relationship.

In fact, there are several apps out there, created for mobile devices, that you can use for just that reason. Here are just a few suggestions from the folks at Aio Wireless.

Happy Valentine’s!

  • Dinner for two: OpenTable is a free app for Andriod, iOS and Windows that allows you to make reservations at restaurants in many cities nationwide (and even in some international locations). Search by specific restaurant, hot new eateries or best rated establishments to find your ideal spot.
  • Thirfty Romance: LivingSocial, available for Andriod, iOS, and Windows, is another free app, but this one helps you find great deals in your local area. So, your budget doesn’t have to stop you enjoying a fancy date night at an upscale restaurant, theater performance, or a night out on the town.
  • Love Notes: If you are far from the people you love, or in a long distance romance, mobile devices are essential to keep in contact. Now, thanks to Postagram, an app for Andriod and iOS, you can combine the best aspects of instant communication and the quaint sweetness of snail mail. Simply take a photo with your mobile device (or use them from your social media or photo library stash), create your postcard via Postagram, which will mail it anywhere in the U.S. for 99 cents.
