Alysia Macedo, una mujer de 28 años, se ha convertido en la mujer perfecta para unos 196 mil usuarios de Instagram, ya que además de ser bella, posee un cuerpazo gracias a que es modelo de fitness, y por si fuera poco, también es miembro activo de la Fuerza Aérea de Estados Unidos.

Alysia se enroló con la Fuerza Aérea cuando tenía 19 años y actualmente, labora ahí como asistente dental. Desde muy chica tenía claro los intereses en su vida: ser independiente, viajar por todo el mundo y sobretodo, servir a su país.

In the military People knew I liked to work hard, but I also liked to be myself. I have been told my whole military career "how are you in the military?" Not in a bad way it's just I have a crazy personality, i am spontaneous, can be reckless at times but my hard work, happy spirit, and energy never got me in trouble . Unless it's hurting anyone I don't believe on being a rat. Is that how we are suppose to be? We are taught to help each other. Yet people would constantly go up the chain instead of to my face . I think that's cowardly, and only makes the work atmosphere toxic . Walking on eggshells and anxiety , unhappiness so on.. I never told on anyone, only people who didn't like me was a small group that could never understand me, or just didn't know me . I never had any issues with anyone . Point is Don't feel you need to change who you're to adapt to someone's made up rules of how you should be. You're perfect the way you're . Surround yourself with people who bring you up, and also put you in check in a positive way . The military I think saved my life. Idk where I'd be today. It's been 9 years of learning, tears, highest and lowest points of my life . Met some amazing people and the worst of people. As long as you stay true to yourself and who you were meant to be it will all work out. Don't let anyone control the outcome only YOU can control your life ❤️ #militarylife#shecandoboth

Además de esta labor, desde hace ya varios años, Macedo se trazó una exigente rutina de vida para poder poner en práctica otra de sus grandes pasiones: el ejercicio. Así que su día inicia muy temprano, a las cuatro de la mañana, para poder ir un par de horas al gimnasio, volver a su trabajo y antes de concluir el día, nuevamente regresa al gym.

No por nada tiene la figura que posee.

What did you do this 4th of July ? So many people talk about freedom . America blah blah but they could never make the sacrifice . I'm not down range or anything but everyday I am taken From the ones I love. I'm Alone most the time . I feel Scared Vulnerable Sometimes . I do things I couldn't imagine as I'm use to numbing out the ones I care about . For all those patriotic people be thankful because you really have no idea what sacrifice means. at least appreciate the freedoms you have and be thankful you are alive and next to the ones you love.DONT take one minute for granted. Además, Alysia dedica su tiempo libre a dar pláticas sobre violencia y acoso sexual, ya que en la Fuerza Aérea ha sido víctima de discriminación sexual por parte de sus compañeros. Por otra parte, también tiene su propia página web, en donde da consejos de fitness y dietas.

“Mi dieta diaria es un desayuno tardío, generalmente claras de huevo con harina de avena, una barra de proteína , y luego una comida que consiste en pollo o pescado y arroz”, explica en uno de sus posts.
