Carmike Cinemas to Report 2016 Third Quarter Financial Results on Monday, November 7

Cinemas, Inc. (NASDAQ:CKEC), a leading entertainment, digital cinema

its 2016 third quarter financial results following the market close on
Monday, November 7, 2016.

In light of the proposed transaction with AMC Entertainment Holdings,
Inc., Carmike will not host a conference call or webcast to review its
results for the third quarter of 2016.
