Centaurus Financial Raises $30,000 for Shamrock Rescue Foundation at the 13th Annual Sponsor Appreciation Golf Tournament
ANAHEIM, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Last week, Centaurus Financial, Inc., a top independent broker/dealer,
raised over $30,000 for Shamrock Rescue Foundation at its 13th
Annual Sponsor Appreciation Golf Tournament at Pelican Hill Golf Course
in Newport Coast, California. “Every year, Centaurus Financial hosts the
event as a way to say thank you to our hard working sponsors. In
addition, it has become our practice to select a local charity to be our
honored guest. The Shamrock Rescue Foundation offers another chance to
animals whose luck has run out,” stated Ron King, CEO of Centaurus
Financial. “The Shamrock Rescue Foundation is very dear to my wife,
Charice, and me as we co-founded it in 2006 with Maryanne Dell, a
lifelong animal rescue activist, and an editor and columnist with the
Orange County Register.”
During the event, donated items were raffled and auctioned to raise
funds for Shamrock Rescue Foundation. “We were overjoyed by the
response. Everyone’s generosity will go a long way in helping to save
and care for our Shamrock dogs,” stated Charice King, Co-Founder of

veterinarian, microchipped, spayed and neutered. If additional

foster homes or boarded until permanent homes can be found for them. One
hundred cents of every dollar Shamrock receives goes directly to the
animals. All expenses associated with running the foundation are
