Central Security Group Named to the Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies List, with Three-Year Sales Growth of 50 Percent

Company attributes growth to its new, Alert 360® service
offering

TULSA, Okla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Central Security Group (“CSG”), a leading provider of security and smart
home solutions in the United States, announced it has been
named to the elite Inc. 5000’s 2016 fastest-growing private companies
list, based on its notable 50 percent revenue growth during the past
three years, which parallels the introduction of its Alert 360®
service.

As the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private
companies, the 35th annual Inc. 5000 represents a unique look at the
most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic
segment – its independent small businesses. Companies such as Microsoft,
Dell, Domino’s Pizza, Pandora, Timberland, LinkedIn, Yelp, Zillow, and
many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as
honorees of the Inc. 5000.

“Being named to the Inc. 5000 list is further proof of the Central
Security Group team’s intense focus in three key areas: Impeccable
service in our call centers and field; the success of our Alert 360®
smart home product and service platform; and successful
collaboration with our more than 200 authorized CSG dealers,” said
Richard Ginsburg, Central Security Group president and CEO. “It’s
extremely gratifying to have our team’s excitement for providing our
services to an increasing number of home and business owners recognized.
We’re also incredibly grateful for our customers’ trust in our popular
Alert 360® product and service offering, which accelerated
our growth.”

Based on revenue, Central Security Group also recently was named as a Top
10
national security provider in its industry’s SDM
100 Report
. The company ranked No. 9 in this year’s SDM 100, moving
up from its No. 13 position last year.

“The Inc. 5000 list stands out where it really counts,” says Inc.
President and Editor-In-Chief Eric Schurenberg. “It honors real
achievement by a founder or a team of them. No one makes the Inc. 5000
without building something great – usually from scratch. That’s one of
the hardest things to do in business, as every company founder knows.
But without it, free enterprise fails.”

CSG provides professional consulting and installation of security and
automation systems for home and business owners in 17 states, through 12
branch offices
. These local branches are backed by the company’s
national support centers, including a redundant technical support and
customer service center in Dallas. The company also operates an
extensive Authorized Dealer Program. Its core services include its Alert
360® interactive and wireless security
, home
automation
, remote
video monitoring
, energy
management
solutions, 24/7
alarm monitoring
, plus remote control and access using the company’s
free Alert
360®
mobile app.

The 2016 Inc. 5000, unveiled online at Inc.com and with the top 500
companies featured in the September issue of Inc., is the most
competitive crop in the list’s history. The average company on the list
achieved a mind-boggling three-year growth of 433%. The Inc. 5000’s
aggregate revenue is $200 billion, and the companies on the list
collectively generated 640,000 jobs over the past three years, or about
eight percent of all jobs created in the entire economy during that
period. Complete results of the Inc. 5000, including company profiles
and an interactive database that can be sorted by industry, region, and
other criteria, can be found at www.inc.com/inc5000.

Methodology

The 2016 Inc. 5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when
comparing 2012 to 2015. To qualify, companies must have been founded and
generating revenue by March 31, 2012. They had to be U.S.-based,
privately held, for profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or
divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2015. (Since then, a
number of companies on the list have gone public or been acquired.) The
minimum revenue required for 2012 is $100,000; the minimum for 2015 is
$2 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for
subjective reasons. Companies on the Inc. 500 are featured in Inc.’s
September issue. They represent the top tier of the Inc. 5000, which can
be found at http://www.inc.com/inc5000.
