Franky Bonilla was recognized among the National
Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals’ (NAHREP) 2016
Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators, ranking 16 in the country.
Published annually by NAHREP, the report recognizes the leading Latino
mortgage originators in the U.S., as ranked by the number of mortgages
closed in the previous calendar year. The final 250 individuals, who
were selected from nearly 700 nominations, represent a total of 32,783
closed mortgages and more than $8.1 billion. Bonilla, who is a home loan
specialist for Churchill Mortgage’s Houston branch, was ranked 27 in the
inaugural Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators report in 2015.
