New name and brand reflect new direction and focus for company

and rebranding the company as Lumina Media™.

The company will be officially introducing the new brand to the industry
today, Wednesday, March 16, during Global Pet Expo at the Orange County
Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. In conjunction with the launch,
the company will be hosting a VIP party and networking reception
(co-hosted by Lisa Vanderpump of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”
and Vanderpump
Pets and Shorty Rossi of Animal Planet’s “Pit Boss”) to celebrate
the new Lumina Media brand.
