Company advances efforts in marketing, sales and strategic

announced today Jennifer Willey as chief business officer. Willey is
responsible for leading strategy, marketing, sales and partnerships for
Independa’s commercial and consumer business units and will help to
further accelerate company growth.

Willey has more than 20 years of experience building strategic
partnerships across the healthcare industry. She previously served as
vice president of consumer strategy and partnerships for WebMD Health
Corp. (NYSE: WBMD). Willey is recognized for fostering innovation,
driving growth and building long-term relationships vital to a company’s
development. She has served in a variety of roles at companies such as
Yahoo Inc. (NYSE: YHOO), AOL, Inc. (NYSE: AOL), Sharecare Inc., and Everyday
Health. Prior to working in the digital media industry, Willey began
her career as a news anchor and reporter at CBS and ABC affiliates
in South Carolina and New York.

networks, such as the WebMD Women’s Network, AOL Women, and CSweetener,
an executive mentoring non-profit. She has been a presenter and panelist
at a number of industry conferences, such as the Kantar Retail Health
and Wellness Forum, the Consumer Health Products Association Executive
Conference, ePharma, DTC National, Rent the Runway’s “Project
Entrepreneur,” and the Pfizer/Google Health Innovation Forum, as well as
the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. Willey is a graduate of
Cornell University’s School of Agriculture and Life Sciences and resides
in New Jersey with her husband and two sons.
