Diego, can now receive timely medical assessments and care from
top-level physicians in the comfort of their community.

Telemedicine, offered through InTouch at Home, a member of the Senior
Resource Group (SRG) family of companies, provides La Vida Real
residents convenient onsite access to board-certified or board eligible
UC San Diego Health physicians. Using the latest technology, InTouch at
Home’s Telemedicine program at La Vida Real takes a patient’s vitals and
relays them to a live physician. The patient then consults face-to-face
with the doctor, who provides the appropriate next steps in care—without
having to leave the community.

the Telemedicine services includes two monthly scheduled visits, or one

messages to physicians, check test results, view prescription history,
