Kaivac “Mopumentary” Discusses the Problem with Mops

“Every scientific evaluation of mops leads to the same conclusion; we
should retire this obsolete and ineffective tool.”

HAMILTON, Ohio–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Kaivac, manufacturers of the No-Touch Cleaning® and OmniFlex™
professional cleaning systems, released a video “Mopumentary” that
explores the problem with mops and features interviews with the
anti-mascot, Icky the Mop.

“Humor and creativity go a long way when it comes to spreading an
important message,” said Kaivac Marketing Director Tom Morrison. “This
‘Mopumentary’ gives voice to the arguments for continuing to use mops
and gently pokes fun at their ridiculousness. Every scientific
evaluation of mops we have found leads us to the same conclusion; we
should retire this obsolete and ineffective tool.”

Icky the Mop will make his live debut at the 2016 ISSA/INTERCLEAN® North
America tradeshow for the cleaning industry, October 25 through 28 at
McCormick Place South Hall in Chicago. Kaivac will exhibit their Stop
the Mop solutions at booth #5257.
