KB Home Announces the Grand Opening of New Models at La Conterra

National builder expands choices; offers beautiful homes at
commuter-friendly Georgetown neighborhood, starting in the low-$200,000s

GEORGETOWN, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–$KBH #AustinHomes–KB Home (NYSE: KBH) today announced the grand opening of a new model
park at its La Conterra community in Georgetown. This popular
established neighborhood, ideally situated minutes from Interstates 35
and 130, offers easy access to major employment centers from Austin to
Temple. Public school students living in La Conterra will attend schools
in the Georgetown Independent School District.

“At La Conterra, we are excited to offer more homesites and new one- and
two-story floorplans, expanding the number of choices available to our
KB homebuyers,” said Ken Langston, president of KB Home’s Austin
division. “The addition of two new model homes will give buyers a chance
to see our latest open concept designs and assist them in selecting a
home and features that best meet their family’s needs.”

Along with existing amenities such as a community park and pool, KB
homeowners in La Conterra will be able to enjoy the planned addition of
a second basketball court and children’s playscape in the newest section
of the community. San Gabriel Park, home to a popular skate park and
other recreational facilities, is also nearby.

Homebuyers at La Conterra can choose from 14 one- and two-story floor
plans that range in size from 1,965 to 3,475 square feet, and can
accommodate up to six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Among the desirable
design characteristics available at La Conterra are covered patios,
kitchen pantries, formal living rooms, and multi-purpose spaces such as
dens, lofts, and game rooms. Lot selection, exterior style, and interior
décor and features can all be personalized to each buyer’s own lifestyle
and budget. Pricing for the homes at La Conterra begins in the
low-$200,000s.

Tours of the two new model homes will be held beginning at noon on
Saturday, November 18, 2017. Free refreshments and drinks will be
available for home shoppers to enjoy.

As with all KB homes, those offered at La Conterra will be built to
ENERGY STAR® guidelines and include WaterSense® labeled faucets and
fixtures, meaning they are designed to be more energy- and
water-efficient than most typical new and resale homes available in the
area.
