Matthew, it has set up a 24-hour toll-free hotline for individuals to
access, regardless of whether or not they are Magellan members.
The toll-free number is 1-800-327-7451.
The hotline is staffed by behavioral health professionals offering
resource materials and counseling services to help people deal with the
feelings of fear, sadness, anger and hopelessness that can occur related
to natural or manmade disasters.
