Month Long Series to Kick-off with Wine & Cuts Sampling Reception

Restaurant Group, announced today that it is launching a new
Butcher’s Cut Series in May 2017. This twice annual month-long series
will feature hand-selected, unique non-prime cuts, as well as specialty
wines. The Milwaukee ChopHouse will kick-off this inaugural series at a
sampling reception Friday, April 28 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. During the
event, guests will be able to sample delicious and unique cuts
hand-selected and prepared by Milwaukee ChopHouse chefs, as well as
enjoy wines from Chateau Ste. Michelle, including the winery’s 50th

Every six months, the Milwaukee ChopHouse will offer the Butcher’s Cut
Series. This inaugural series lasts from April 28 to May 30, 2017. The
next series will begin again in fall 2017. The Butcher’s Cut Series will
also be announced across all four ChopHouse collection restaurants,
including the Capitol ChopHouse in Madison, Wis., the Geneva ChopHouse
at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wis. and the
Bloomington ChopHouse in Bloomington, Minn.
Butcher’s Cut Series – Wine Tasting Reception
There will be a wine tasting reception at the Milwaukee ChopHouse, April
28, to launch the Butcher’s Cut Series, where guests will be able to
sample the following:
- Mole-marinated chuck flap with chimichurri
- Chocolate-espresso rubbed bistro filet
- Braised local artisan pork
Braised pork cheek fagioli
- Tri-tip steak with blue cheese sauce
- Northstar Merlot
- Tenet “The Pundit” Syrah
- Intrinsic Cabernet
Chateau Ste. Michelle Columbia Valley Cabernet, 50th
- Eroica Riesling
The cost for the event is $50 per person + tax and gratuity. Please
