Para Los Niños and L.A. Mayor’s Office to Host ‘Know Your Rights’ Workshop Providing Free Legal Aid for Undocumented Angelenos

WHAT:
Skid Row nonprofit Para Los Niños (For the Children)
and the Los Angeles Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs will hold their
inaugural ‘Know Your Rights’ workshop—a partnership formed to
empower and uplift over 200 migrant families living in fear in the wake
of executive orders on immigration from Washington. Families will
receive briefings from the Mayor’s Office, LAPD with each family
provided free legal counsel by a coalition of immigration rights
attorneys.
