SilverCrest Properties Adds Electronic Health Records, Web-Based Mobility to Its Software Platform
Mobile access, reduced IT costs, and increased staff efficiency
among several benefits of upgrading to Yardi Voyager 7S
SANTA BARBARA, CALIF.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Yardi announced today that senior living provider SilverCrest Properties
has upgraded to Yardi
Voyager® 7S, the latest senior living property management
software platform from Yardi. Voyager 7S will provide SilverCrest with
Web-based mobile access through all major browsers, and adds features
not previously available to the senior living industry.
SilverCrest Director of Finance Neal Frisch spoke about the benefits his
company expects from upgrading to Voyager 7S. “This is an exciting time
for us as we prepare for the capabilities of 7S. Staff will be able to
eliminate paper resident assessments and gain the ability to work
directly on a laptop with the resident. The whole process will become
much more streamlined, which saves us time and money.”
Frisch also announced the company’s plans to implement Yardi
EHR™ and Yardi
eMAR™. These solutions integrate complete electronic health care and
medication administration records with Yardi Voyager Senior Housing. “We
are working towards creating a single software environment which
connects all of our staff in real-time,” said Frisch. “With Voyager
covering our property management, finance, and reporting, and Yardi EHR
bringing in health care and medication records, we’ve created a solid
platform to gain the most efficiencies and savings through our
