has been an influencer and innovator. She has led several MSP and IC

the largest MSP providers in the world. She successfully managed the
organization through the acquisition and integration of SFN group and
designed several of the industry’s most sophisticated workforce
management programs on behalf of her customers. As the Contingent
Workforce Outsourcing (CWO) Global Practice Leader for KellyOCG, Teresa
was a pioneer in the evolution of single-country MSP into global
solution design, delivery, and governance. Teresa is a frequent speaker
on market trends, talent economics, policy, compliance strategies, and
