Texas Executive Women Announces 2015 Women on the Move Award Winners

HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Today, Texas Executive Women (TEW) announced the Women on the Move®
Class of 2015. The Women on the Move Award recognizes the business and
civic achievements of ten top female leaders, while the Rising Star
award spotlights one young professional woman up-and-comer. The Houston
area winners will be honored during TEW’s 30th Annual Women
on the Move Awards Luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., on Thursday,
Nov. 12, 2015, at the Hilton Americas-Houston, 1600 Lamar Street,
Houston, TX 77010.

“The selection process was especially challenging this year because we
received a record number of applications and the candidate pool was
exceptional,” said Shira Yoshor, 2015 Women on the Move luncheon
co-chair.

Cisselon Nichols Hurd, 2015 Women on the Move luncheon co-chair, added,
“Houston has a wealth of professional women making significant
contributions, both professionally and in the community. The level of
female leadership and diversity in our city was well reflected in the
outstanding applicant pool and our 2015 WOM Class.”
