Boutique Luxury Wellness Retreat Adds “Pasture to Plate” Culinary
Program, New Spa Experiences

SARATOGA, Wyo.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Magee
Homestead
, the boutique health and wellness retreat that opened
last year as part of the Brush Creek Luxury Ranch Collection, announced
today that it will open for the 2017 summer season on May 17. In its
second year of operation, Magee Homestead will showcase a new “pasture
to plate” culinary program, featuring Ranch-raised Akaushi beef and a
greenhouse, as well as new spa experiences providing the ultimate in
indulgence and relaxation.

“Last year, we unveiled to great fanfare in the middle of the summer
season,” said Jeremy Belnap, Proprietor of Magee Homestead. “In our
first full season of operation, Magee Homestead will really come into
its own as the ultimate health and wellness retreat with each experience
personalized to the individual guest’s desires. We look forward to
delighting guests with an elevated culinary philosophy that includes a
pasture to plate program, as well as new spa experiences.”

A luxurious prairie hideaway on 7,000 acres of historic Wyoming
ranchlands in the high mountain desert of the American West, Magee
Homestead affords sophisticated exclusion for adults 21 years and older,
where guests can escape from the hectic world outside while reconnecting
with one another through a truly personalized experience. Its nine
individual cabins, private lodge, outdoor pool and cabanas and full
suite of spa and wellness experiences and activities also allows for
supremely private intimate weddings, vow renewals, corporate retreats
and multi-generational family vacations for up to 27 guests of all ages.

Under the guidance of new Chef de Cuisine AJ Buchanio, Magee Homestead
will have an entirely new menu this year featuring a “pasture to plate”
program, including Ranch-raised Akaushi beef and an on-Ranch greenhouse.
Magee Homestead’s menu will feature the Ranch-raised Akaushi beef, which
has a rich, buttery flavor as well as juiciness and tenderness
throughout. Highlights include a Akaushi New York Strip Steak
with smashed potatoes, grilled mushrooms, caramelized shallot and red
wine jus; and Akaushi Beef Tenderloin Tartare with Castelvetrano
olives, pickled mustard seed, egg yolk vinaigrette and seeded country
bread.

The health and wellness focus at Magee Homestead means the menu is
plentiful with fruits and vegetables, which this year will be harvested
from the on-Ranch greenhouse which has a total growing volume of 19,440
square feet and will produce 106 different items. Highlights include a Raw
Vegetable Crudité accompanied by green goddess dressing and
roasted garlic hummus; and a Quinoa Grain Bowl featuring baby
kale, snap peas, sweet corn, clementine, grilled carrot, avocado, crispy
oyster mushrooms and a basil pesto dressing.

Rejuvenation at Magee Homestead begins at the Wellness Pavilion
featuring the Magee Spa, offering two treatment rooms, a Grotto soaking
pool as well as sauna and steam rooms, expansive fitness center, heated
outdoor swimming pool with four western-themed cabanas, spacious sun
