Thumbtack Names Former Google Human Resources Leader as Vice President of People

SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Thumbtack,
a local services marketplace that connects customers with skilled
professionals, today announced the appointment of its new Vice President
of People, Justin Angsuwat, effective immediately.

As Thumbtack’s VP of People, Angsuwat oversees all people operations,
including recruiting, human resources, office operations, learning and
development, and total rewards. He will serve as a member of Thumbtack’s
leadership team and will report to Thumbtack co-founder and CEO Marco
Zappacosta.

Angsuwat joins Thumbtack from Google, where he was a member of the
People Operations Leadership Team, most recently as the Head of Human
Resources at Google for its Go-To-Market functions.
