The book, set to release this year on September 30th, will focus on never-before told stories about the popular TV show and his life as a 90′s teen idol.

Lopez portrayed high school heartthrob and wrestler A.C. Slater in the five-year running show that included famous characters Zack Morris, Screech and Kelly Kapowski.

“I’m thrilled to share my story in this memoir, to reveal the memories I’ve held close to my heart for the first time,” the E! host said, reports USA Today.

Not only does the Mexican-American share some blast from the past memories, but his book will also focus on his success and failures in the entertainment biz, as well as personal love-life anecdotes.

“In ‘Just Between Us,’ I share my most intimate stories and pivotal moments, some of the best and most important times of my life and the heartbreaking mistakes that still haunt me,” said in a press release.

“There are no do-overs in life, so I had to learn to pick myself up and move forward, never forgetting the hard-won lessons,” the 40-year-old added.

The anticipated book will be published via Penguin’s Hispanic celebrity imprint Celebra, which has done books by Ricky Martin, Pele and George Lopez among others.

“Just Between Us” marks Lopez’s fifth book publication.

He has three health and fitness books, two which are “New York Times” bestsellers, in addition to a children’s book dedicated to his daughter called “Mario and Baby Gia.”
