All eyes are set on Spain’s new royalty, King Felipe VI and his wife Queen Letizia of Spain, who were enthroned at the Parliament in Madrid, Spain, Thursday June 19 after King Juan Carlos I announced earlier this month that he would abdicate in favor of his son and former prince, Felipe.
The important royal event calls a time for celebration and many positive changes in Spain.
