Glam Crowd Sets Sights on Eye Elegance’s New Location
An evening filled with fashion, fabulous food and fine wine
HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Eye Elegance recently opened the doors to their new second location at
1703 Post Oak Blvd. in the Galleria/Uptown Park area. Hours of operation
can be found on their website EyeElegance.com.
On Wednesday, October 14th, VIP guests were invited to the new store for
a Grand Opening celebration. Close to 100 guests attended the
fashionable opening that started at 6:30 and continued until 8:30.
Vintage Select Wines provided an elegant selection of California wines
from Estrada Creek vineyards. Local neighbor Masraff’s passed amazing
hors d’oeuvres, and the fare ended with a sweet nod from Nothing Bundt
Cake.
The Galleria Houston West Chamber of Commerce made the opening official
with a ribbon cutting after owner Daniel Protz gave a few heartfelt
words and thanked everyone for joining in the celebration. Guests did
not leave empty-handed either. Fashion sketch artist RongRong Devoe
(featured in Vogue, InStyle and BuzzFeed) provided the VIPs with a
hand-drawn sketch of themselves wearing their favorite frames or
sunglasses as a complimentary gift. Some fabulous gifts were given away
via a raffle. Winners included Deborah Hoffman (Varilux progressive
lenses), Louisa Glinski (Spanish Designer Etnia Barcelona Sunglasses
valued at $350), Matthew Sanders (Gift Basket from Century Classics
chock full of goodies), Kashmira Wadekar, Naomi Engel, and Erica
Neff-Griffin (Sensia Studio & Japanese Day Spa Gift Certificates).
The optique style store carries a wide selection of high-end designer
frames and sunglasses, many of which are special editions and rare to
find with brands like Cartier, Tag Heuer, Matsuda, Etnia Barcelona, J.F.
