project completion in mid-September 2016. The redevelopment of
Crossroads Center in Knoxville, TN is in the final stages of completion,
leased, and ready to serve the community. The 90,000 SQFT of a vacant
Walmart has been transformed into another one of U.S. Properties Group’s
successes. Rural King – America’s Farm and Home Store anchors the new
value-oriented community center (opening date slated for mid-September).
Ingles Markets, Bargain Hunt, and Workout Anytime Fitness round out 90
percent of the big box spaces (25,000 SQFT big box space is still
available.) Crossroads Center is another fresh retail hub in the area
and expands guest choices in the Halls, TN community shopping district.
