VERO BEACH, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The highly anticipated Pelican
Landing Assisted Living and Memory Care Community opened this week
in Sebastian, FL with dozens of eager residents occupying the community
within days of its opening. Watercrest Senior Living, the developer,
owner and operator of the 65,000 square foot, 89-unit senior living
community, broke ground on the project last spring with Walker
Construction Company after identifying a clear demand for desirable
senior living in Sebastian.
