Whitney Bouck Joins Whitepages Board of Directors
HelloSign COO & Former Box Executive to Advise on Strategy for the
Digital Identity Company
SEATTLE–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Whitepages,
the leading source of contact information and mobile phone protection
services in North America, today announced the addition of Whitney Bouck
to its board of directors. Bouck is the company’s third external
director and brings two decades of marketing and business strategy
experience to aid in the company’s rapid growth.
Bouck will work closely with Whitepages CEO/Founder Alex Algard and the
executive team to further the company’s mission to find, understand and
verify digital identity data in order to protect and aid people in
making important personal and business connections.

strategy and growth development.
Bouck is currently the Chief Operating Officer at HelloSign,
a leading provider of legally binding eSignature solutions, where she
oversees sales, marketing, business development and customer operations.
Prior to joining HelloSign, Bouck was the Senior Vice President of
Global Marketing and General Manager of Enterprise at Box,
the content management and collaboration provider. In 2015, Bouck was
recognized as one of the World’s 100 Most Innovative CMOs, and was
previously recognized with the Silicon Valley Women of Influence award
in 2009.
