Lowenstein Sandler Appoints New Chief Human Resources Officer

Former HR Director Donatella Verrico Tapped for Position

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Lowenstein Sandler is pleased to announce the promotion of Donatella
Verrico to Chief Human Resources Officer. She has been with the Firm for
15 years and most recently served as Director of Human Resources.

As a leader in the strategic planning process, Ms. Verrico plays a
pivotal role in organizational initiatives that drive efficiency, with
an eye towards supporting the Firm brand, while encouraging loyalty and
innovation from within. Leveraging her strong aptitude for connecting
individual, team, and business needs, and building upon the Firm’s
strong commitment to diversity, she works on many fronts throughout the
organization to ensure that individuals and affinity groups, like the
Women’s Initiative and LGBTQ Alliance, continue to thrive.

Ms. Verrico began her history with Lowenstein working with the former
Chair of Lowenstein’s Employment Law Practice Group, where she gained
valuable insights into policy and procedure. After a short stint
establishing the HR function at a local New Jersey firm, she returned to
the Firm’s human resources department, amassing extensive experience in
all aspects of HR including employee relations, benefits, recruitment,
training and development, compliance, and retention.

Ms. Verrico received her B.A. from Montclair State University, magna
cum laude,
and is a certified SPHR and SHRM-SCP professional. She
holds a Paralegal Certification and a Certificate of Advanced Standing
in Secondary Education. While passionate about her work in human
resources, Ms. Verrico is equally passionate about her volunteer work
for Holy Family School, a private grammar school in Florham Park, where,
as co-lead of the Marketing and Steering Committee, she is responsible
for corporate fundraising, marketing events and strategies, and
publicity.
