MUFG Union Bank Earns 100 Percent Score on Human Rights Campaign’s 2016 Corporate Equality Index

Bank named a “Best Places to Work for LGBT Equality” company for third
consecutive year

100 percent on the Human Rights Campaign’s (HRC) 2016 Corporate Equality
Index (CEI). This is the third consecutive year that MUFG Union Bank has
participated and received a perfect score in HRC’s rating system, which
serves as the national benchmarking tool for corporate policies and
practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT)
employees. MUFG Union Bank is also recognized as a “Best Places to Work
for LGBT Equality” by HRC.
