locating system in advance of Pope Francis’ visit to Ecuador. SeeWave
found sources of interference which were degrading a cellular network,
including a temporary cellular site on a competitor’s network. PCTEL
gave the carrier the information it needed to restore Quality of Service
before the spike in demand from more than one million people who
gathered to see the pope.
