Jane Fonda Quits Acting to Focus on Politics and Fighting Climate Change

Actress Jane Fonda, 84, told us during the promotion of her latest film, Luck, that she is going to stop working on films and TV for the time being in order to focus on her work as a climate change activist.

Fonda reminded us that the world has “only 8 years” to act before the climate emergency becomes irreversible. She was very critic with Democrat Senator Joe Manchin, who until now has blocked the energy bill proposed by President Joe Biden to fight against climate change.

In the animated film “Luck”, Jane Fonda plays the voice of Babe the Dragon, who is in charge of creating luck for the human world. “Luck” will be released on Apple TV+ August 5th 2022.
