Board Certified Infectious Disease providers to offer personalized,
state-of–the-art care in Brooklyn to treat acute and chronic liver
disease, including Hepatitis B and C

Liver Institute, a state-of-the-art clinic specializing in
evaluating, managing, and treating acute and chronic liver disease, will
hold a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house for its new Brooklyn
location at 475 Atlantic Ave, 2nd Floor in
Brooklyn on Tuesday, August 9th from 2:30
– 4:30 p.m.
Under the leadership of Dr. Alan Stein, The Liver Institute
Brooklyn’s team of Board Certified/Eligible Infectious Disease
Specialists and Internal Medicine Specialists will offer a
multi-disciplinary approach to treating complex viral infections such as
Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and HIV/AIDS and will utilize the most recent
treatment guidelines, medications and technologies for treatment,
including onsite FibroScan services. FibroScan is a recently
FDA-approved technology to measure liver elasticity and grade liver
damage that is a noninvasive, painless alternative to liver biopsy.
The Liver Institute Brooklyn accepts most major insurances and will
offer appointments Mondays from 11:00 – 7:00 p.m. and Tuesdays through
Fridays from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Appointments can be scheduled by

evaluation and treating complex viral infections such as Hepatitis B,
Hepatitis C, and HIV/AIDS, The Liver Institute Brooklyn includes
pharmacists who will guide patients through the treatment process with
patient education, case management, and assist with the insurance
approval process. The pharmacist also serves as a liaison to the primary
care provider and office throughout the patient’s care.

operates locations in Los Angeles, CA and Fort Lauderdale, FL, is to:
