this week that it has officially become a G-Cloud 8 approved supplier.

Being added to G-Cloud 8 is another step forward for TOPdesk as it
continues to extend its offerings within the public sector, aiming to
make service desk management more seamless and cost-effective by putting
the focus on Share Service Management.
G-Cloud 8 is the latest version of the UK Government’s Digital
Marketplace, designed to streamline the procurement process for UK
public sector companies. There are now over 2,500 suppliers with total
sales of £1.2bn through the Digital Marketplace since its launch in 2012.
TOPdesk has presence already on the previous version of the G-Cloud
Framework, but is now available via the latest version through
collaboration with Bramble Hub. The TOPdesk solution was submitted for
approval against a strict set of evaluation criteria and assurance

Thanks to the extensive rights and roles system, each department can use
the same tool whilst retaining its own secure work environment. If the
same group of people is supported by another branch within an
organisation, this branch can be added to the existing TOPdesk
environment without having to purchase any additional licences.
