The new James Bond flick sounds nothing but promising –with Daniel Craig, a Latina Bond Girl and new shooting locations, Bond lovers have no choice but to wait for “Spectre” to debut this year.
The upcoming flick, directed by Sam Mendes (Skyfall, American Beauty), tells the story of “a cryptic message from Bond’s past sends him on a trail to uncover a sinister organization. While M battles political forces to keep the secret service alive, Bond peels back the layers of deceit to reveal the terrible truth behind SPECTRE,” according to IMDb.

The silver screen will soon be graced with the first Mexican Bond Girl, actress Stephanie Sigman.
She will join the ranks of Kim Basinger, Halle Berry, Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman and all the other sexy leading ladies who have had the questionable honor of being Bond Girls over the past fifty years.
Not only is the leading lady Mexican, but the cast and crew are headed to Mexico City to shoot some action-packed scenes.
The Associated Press reported the following:
Officials in Mexico City says they will close off some parts of the historic downtown district to allow a production team to film parts of the new James Bond thriller “Spectre.”
The city of 8 million people is known for its heavy traffic, which might otherwise interfere with filming.
Officials say the first street closings will start Thursday and shutdowns will be done at various locations through April 1. Affected areas include streets with buildings dating back to the 17th century and the city’s vast central plaza, the Zocalo.
Production staffers have apparently already prepared some spots downtown, including one street crowded with traditional “Day of the Dead” decorations.
The Sam Mendes-directed movie starring Daniel Craig is scheduled to film in London, Italy, Morocco, Mexico and Austria.
