Pablo Alborán released the video for his new single Por Fin on Wednesday, offering yet another song with fine lyrics that seem to just fall from his pen.
“Por Fin” is a beautiful slow ballad that talks about profound love with a visceral mood dipped in the Flamenco-Pop vocals that distinguish him.
The video was filmed in Madrid under the direction of filmmaker Pedro Castro. It’s expected to have the same success as Tanto and Te He Echado de menos, which had more than 21 and 18 million views in YouTube respectively.
Por Fin is the first single of Alboráns next studio album that he already recorded in Los Angeles with American producer Eric Rosse. It will go on sale next November.
Both the single and the album have been highly anticipated because Alborán has become one of the most successful singers in the Latin music since his first album in 2011.
The multitalented artist, who also plays several instruments, has won a total of 28 Platinum records, 10 of them for the album Tanto released in 2012. This last one has sold 400,000 copies a very important figure considering the tough state of record industry sales.
He also won the Revelación 40 Principales award with his first album Pablo Alborán in 2011. Since then, the singer has remained in the hit charts and has sold out tours at both sides of the pond.
The artist announced his new single in his official website, YouTube channel, Twitter and Facebook. But, People en Español seems to be the only site that had the video in its full length before the public release.
The video shows the artists walking on sand with bear feet then playing the piano in what looks like a beach creating an idyllic composition in tune with the melody.
The song is already available in iTunes.
