El checo, Petr Cech anunció su retiro de las canchas este año para integrarse como asesor técnico del Chelsea y sorpresivamente anunció su regreso a las porterías pero en el hockey sobre hielo.
El exfutbolista firmó un contrato de un año con el club semiprofesional Guildford Phoenix e incluso ya podría debutar el próximo domingo.
El exarquero se dijo feliz de tener esta nueva oportunidad ya que es fan del hockey sobre hielo desde niño y será una gran experiencia poder practicarlo.
